Little Children Schoolhouse was built on the idea of providing a nurturing, loving environment for children - an extension of each child's home and family life. Our professional experiences prepared us for working with children, but sharing the bonds of family has allowed us to create a warm, home-like experience for our students and their families. It is our joy to create a school that is a community within a community, where students, parents and staff form an extended family.  Originally from Peru, I earned a degree in English before moving to Boston. Little did I know over the years I would become a mother, an educator and a businesswoman. Driven by my love for working with children, I entered the Early Childhood Education Program at Urban College of Boston. I graduated with honors, and on April 3, 2009 received the Emerging Leader Award at the Early Childhood Education Annual Award Luncheon.

I began my journey early, earning a degree in Computer Science at 19. This experience opened doors to exciting work opportunities for me. At 21, my job with a prominent travel agency in Peru enabled me to travel globally, experience the world and meet new people. It was a time I’ll never forget. |
